About ((BOUNCE))
If you are new to ((BOUNCE)) you are in for a treat! Their range of resistance-based fitness classes are choreographed to banging tunes to provide fun and energetic group dance-focused workouts. While the trampoline is at the heart of the brand, many of the workout styles include time spent off the trampoline to focus on strength and conditioning. So don't be afraid if you've not jumped on a trampoline for years, each class can be modified to suit all levels of fitness and ability.
The key to ((BOUNCE)) is simply to enjoy your workout. Don't take yourself too seriously while bouncing around, just smile and have fun!

3 nights Full Board Accommodation (Friday - Monday) in Stunning Beachfront Location

Here is what you can expect on one of our ME Fit ((BOUNCE)) Weekend Retreats. We will always ensure there is a varied range of classes over the weekend, with plenty of opportunity to rest and meet other like-minded attendees.
You are welcome to arrive anytime on Friday and depart anytime on Monday. Please note the Full Board Package will begin from Dinner on Friday and finish with Lunch on Monday.
