The ME Fit ((BOUNCE)) retreat is designed to inspire, energize, and rejuvenate! Whether you're a regular at ((BOUNCE)) or just beginning your wellness journey, our carefully curated schedule offers something for everyone.

Throughout the retreat, you will enjoy a variety of invigorating workouts with plenty of opportunity to rest and unwind. Prepare to connect with like-minded individuals, as you jump into a weekend of self-discovery to discover your inner strength.

Day 01

Welcome

Arrive to Fuerteventura throughout the day and enjoy some time at the pool, on the beach or just getting to know the surroundings. 

Day 02

Time to Move

This is your first day of fitness, prepare to move your body. Make use of the free-time to unwind, recover and connect with others on the retreat. You have full access to the resort facilities including; swimming pools, beach, watersports, cycling, shopping and more! 

Day 03

Discover Your Strength

Your second day of fitness, fun and focus. Today's classes will challenge different muscle groups to keep you motivated and avoid burnout. Take the free-time to focus on your goals, rest and enjoy your last full day at the resort.

Day 04

Farewell

It's not the end, it's the start of a new beginning. We hope you end your fitness journey feeling strong, confident and proud of what you've achieved. Enjoy a final chance to connect with your retreat community before heading home.
